Québec Population Genome Project
DNA samples from the Québec founding population are being sequenced to create a publicly accessible database of information on genetic variation. One of the goals is to allow researchers to impute the genome content of any individual descending from this population with SNP genotype data.
Immuno-genetics Sequencing Consortium
Immuno-genetics Sequencing is a consortium with partners in Quebec, Europe and Asia using sequencing approach to identifying both common and rare genetic variation that is associated with autoimmune disease and infection by interrogating the regulatory regions (“regulome”) of mutliple different immune cell subsets from the epigenome mapping data by the NIH Roadmap Epigenomics and McGill Epigenome Mapping Centre projects.
